- Original gift voucher has to be surrendered at Ramraj stores in good condition while purchase. Photo copy/scanned copy will not be acceptable
- Gift vouchers can't be redeemed during promotions and offers
- Gift vouchers can't be encashed
- Any unused balance on the gift voucher cannot be encashed and shall lapse
- Ramraj reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this gift voucher including withdrawing or discontinuing the same without prior notice/without any reason
- Gift Vouchers cannot be returned/refunded
- All Ramraj gift vouchers are valid only at our Ramraj showrooms.
